Megan Lee Football Academy is led by former New Zealand international Megan Lee, whose postgraduate qualifications in Kinesiology, research in female football performance, and expertise in injury prevention underpin a smarter, more effective approach to player development.
One-on-one training
Individualised sessions tailored to the player’s needs, focusing on technical skill, decision-making, movement quality, and confidence. Each session is structured to maximise learning, progression, and game transfer.
Small group training
Small group sessions designed to develop technical skills and game understanding in a competitive, supportive environment. Players benefit from quality repetitions, shared learning, and realistic game scenarios.
Football fitness
Football-specific fitness sessions that improve speed, agility, strength, and endurance while replicating the physical demands of the game. Training is evidence-based and designed to enhance performance without overtraining.
